Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026
1. Overview
Sentinel Private Network ("Sentinel", "we", "us") operates a private, invite only marketplace that introduces credentialed principals to independently vetted security firms in Texas. Sentinel is not a security company. We do not employ operatives, dispatch protective details, or deliver protection services. All protection, aviation, and armored ground services are provided by independent third party firms ("Listed Firms") under their own licenses, certifications, and contracts.
2. Eligibility
Use of Sentinel is restricted to (i) principals admitted by Sentinel via referral or counsel verified onboarding, and (ii) firms that have passed our vetting process. We may suspend or terminate access at our sole discretion if a user is no longer eligible or violates these Terms.
3. Role of Sentinel
Sentinel curates introductions. We do not act as agent, broker, principal, employer, or insurer for any Listed Firm. Engagements, contracts, payment, and performance are entirely between the principal and the Listed Firm. Sentinel does not take commission on those engagements.
4. Vetting disclaimer
Our vetting includes license verification, background checks, insurance review, certification audit, footprint review, references, and OPSEC review. Vetting is performed in good faith using available information at the time of admission and on a rolling re review basis. Vetting does not constitute a guarantee of future performance, suitability for a specific engagement, or absence of risk. Principals are responsible for their own due diligence before contracting any firm.
5. Firm subscriptions
Listed Firms pay a flat rate listing fee per the published pricing. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Sentinel may modify pricing on 30 days' notice. Refunds are issued at our discretion for unused, prepaid full months.
6. Confidentiality
All information exchanged on the platform, principal identities, request details, firm responses, quotes, and messages, is confidential. Users may not disclose counterparty information outside the engagement without written consent. Breach constitutes immediate grounds for removal and may trigger civil liability.
7. Acceptable use
You may not (a) use the platform to solicit, threaten, or surveil any person; (b) circumvent Sentinel to avoid platform fees on initial engagements; (c) submit false credentials; (d) scrape, copy, or republish directory content; (e) use the platform in violation of Texas or US law.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentinel disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any acts, omissions, injuries, losses, or damages arising from services delivered by Listed Firms or partner providers. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid to Sentinel in the prior 12 months.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
