Do you take commission on my contracts?+
No. Sentinel never takes a cut of your engagements. We charge a flat subscription. Booking, contracting, and payment stay between you and the principal.
What's the actual ROI math?+
One closed engagement at typical Dallas market rates ($8k, $45k for a multi-day detail) covers a year of Standard pricing. Most firms break even on their first or second matched principal.
What happens if I'm not approved?+
We refund any prepaid subscription in full. Vetting takes 2 to 3 weeks. You get specific feedback on what would need to change to reconsider.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel at any time from your firm dashboard. We refund unused full months on annual plans.
Is the vetting badge transferable?+
No. The badge belongs to the verified entity and is revoked immediately on license lapse, claim, or material change.
Do you work with out-of-state firms?+
Sentinel is launching Texas-first. Out-of-state firms with active Texas DPS reciprocity and Texas operations can apply now; full national rollout is planned for 2027.
